We reply within one business day
A consultant reads the enquiry, not a sales team. If we are not the right fit we will say so in that first reply.
- 02
Scoping call, 30 to 45 minutes
Held with the consultant who would lead the engagement. We ask about architecture, deadlines and what would genuinely hurt if it failed.
- 03
Written scope and fixed price
Within three working days you receive a scope statement, a testing window, the rules of engagement and a fixed price. No hourly surprises.

02Where we work
Remote-first, with no head office to visit.
The practice has no offices. Consultants work from the UK and the EU, and travel onsite when an engagement genuinely needs it: hardware testing, physical assessments, and training delivered in a room rather than a call.
